    I'll start: After my first swing with the TSR1, I saw immediate results. It felt light and easy and I was more confident off the tee than ever before. "Down the middle" and "crushed it" were becoming common sayings during my round!

    This is going to be kind of a long story...
    I confess that my husband's enamorment with Titleist was what led to my eventual whole bag switch to Titleist clubs. I've played with Titleist wedges since my first time getting fit for clubs 8 years ago after playing 30+ years with stock clubs. About 3 years ago, I got fitted for TSi driver, this was followed by woods and hybrid, then irons (T300's) last year. More recently I got new wedges and then replaced the TSi driver with TSR2.
    Since the switch, I have not looked back and have achieved some hcp/scoring goals and several successful finishes in amateur competitions with Titleist clubs and Titleist balls!! Is it the fittings? the equipment? I think it's the combination of both.
    I carry two wedges, irons PW-6i, TSi hybrid, four woods (2 TSi, 2TSR2) , TSR2 driver and PhantomX putter. The accuracy and flight of the woods are remarkable, they play like irons. The ball actually holds when I hit greens with the woods and it still amazes me that woods can do that! The clubs feel amazing to hit, LOVE them.

    At my age, I’m in the same swing speed as many women.

    As an early adapter and being LH, I have not had the option to include the -1 hybrids and fairways. As a result, I still have an 818 and a TS hybrid. The newer -2 versions didn’t offer improvement. As another senior golfer mentioned being fit for a -1 hybrid, I was intrigued. A new GG opened in my area and it was an opportunity to get some clubs regripped. While there, they let me hit the 23 degree hybrid head. It was the easiest hybrid I’ve hit and went as far as the TS-2 20 degree. One of the clubs getting regripped was the 20 degree hybrid. So I did compare them on the same Trackman and the TSR-1 was more forgiving Very little fluctuation in distance.

    They didn’t have the 26 or 20 degree LH heads. Can’t wait to get a full fitting to see how I can improve the metalwoods. Maybe I can even get a fairway I can launch since I traded my 915 7W.

    Fitting is important. In my case I didn’t rush to the -1 hybrids and fairways. The greater mass in the TSR-2 driver works better for me than the TSR-1 driver. Just how we are all different from each other.

    I just put the TSR1 hybrid 23* in my bag on the recommendation of my fitter instead of a five iron. Accuracy and height were the main reasons. Just laying back and waiting on the arrival of the new hybrid and T350s 6-48w, so I can start gaming them. Very forgiving.

    Spoke with our Titleist at Carlsbad and they said the Hybrid shipped out yesterday, so imagine it will be at the golf shop on Monday. The irons most likely while ship the first of the week. Even more excited. Have a tournament coming up on the 6th of November at Dunes West and was hoping they would be here in time. Gives me the opportunity to hit the range for a little practice time. Playing Daniel Island Club on the 7th and Bulls Bay Cub on the 20th. Scottsdale on December 1st and 2nd. Lots of PT and of course my muni group in between (M/W/F).

    I feel the same way, more confidence on the tee with my new TSR 3. Strangely I switched form png G425 and honestly I’ve hade better results with the TSR 3 driver. I’ve made a full switch this year, all but one club in my bag is now Titleist!

    I was looking for more distance and playability. The TSR delivers and is more accurate than my previous driver. I wish I had this sooner.

    With the fitting at TPI in Carlsbad last September, I found that the TSR's provided better distance, feel, and dispersion than my then current TSI/F mix through the fairway woods. I have since picked up a TSR 2 23 degree hybrid, replacing my earlier generation 24 degree hybrid. Same story, with even better results form rough and from under trees. I've been very pleased across the board with the performance of the clubs. Wish I could say the same for my own performance, which has fluctuated far more widely than I would prefer.

    You still hit a pretty good ball, Ted. Always remember what Toby Keith said. "I ain't as good as I once was but I'm as good once as I ever was".

    I've always played All Titleist over the years since I've been golfing on a more regular basis for 25 years or so.

    My first irons were the Titleist DCI Golds then the 712 AP2 to now gaming the 718 AP2 (5 to PW).

    I've been using Vokey wedges since the SM5 came out until now gaming the SM8.

    When it pertains to the woods I've tried other brands but have always come back to Titleist ; I've used over the years the Titleist 975D model to 915, 917 and now gaming a full set of the TSR2 Woods from the Driver (11 deg); 18 deg FW and the 21 Deg FW and the 25 deg Hybrid.

    Roughly 3 years ago; I was fitted to a Scotty Cameron Futura 7M which replaced my Studio Select Putter ( not sure on the model that I was using at the time ) ; and let me tell you that I won't letting go of this thing for all the money in the world; LOVE IT and my putting had definitely improved.

    I've finally found a good local coach which has helped my game this year and hoping to stay with him through out the years and hopefully my overall game with improve so that I can improve my current irons and wedges in which I'll definitely be fitted for.

    What can I say LOOOOOOOOVVVVVVEEEEEE Titleist.

    As I get older and less flexible the best solution for me was to use technology to add distance off the tee. I did about 7 different driver fittings. The 1st 3 actually had me losing 5-7 yards. Then I hit the TSR3 with the correct shaft and immediately hit the balls 18 yards longer. I thought maybe because the day was warm, I was very loose after playing a round of golf but that wasn’t the case. I had 3 more driver fittings where I felt nothing after the fitting so those last 3 made my choice very simple. TSR3 all the way!!! Love it after playing 55 rounds and feels good to have the extra distance.

    I play the TSR3 8 degree driver and 13.5 degree 3wood. Best in the business. I have tried all of the rest and these tools absolutely blow way the other major competitors. With the TSR3 driver I achieved my ball speed P.R. of 194mph and 181mph ball speed with the 3wood. Combine that with my choice of ball being the LEFT DASH and I am on very happy golfer. Titleist for life!!

    Congratulations on your results. The maximum speed for the long drive competitors is in the 210’s (which is an attainable goal), the average amateur golfer will have a golf ball speed in the 150’s, with the PGA Tour Pros hitting the ball somewhere between 160-190 (the average being 172.72). You must really be striking the ball well and your club head speed must well over 125 mph. Awesome results.

    I made the switch from Tsi to TSR because ball speed went up distance slightly increased mainly because I could get after it a little more. The biggest reason was accuracy I am splitting the fairways mid open so with the consistency I am able to freely swing holding nothing back. Love the TSR driver so much I replaced all my fairways as well. Couldn’t be happier

    I was recently fit for T150 irons. After getting dialed in I had the Titleist fitter take a look at my 3 wood.

    After a few swings it was suggested to try a TSR 16.5 with a Ventus red 7x shaft.

    When I tell you the sound and feel of that first shot, oh man I was sold.

    Add it to the invoice.

    So happy I made the change.

    I have been a Titleist full bag for 4 years. I played png full bag of clubs. cally full bag of clubs, miz full bag of clubs and srxn drivers and 3 woods, but always Scotty Cameron putters. All of the clubs have been fitted and were good clubs. The new Titleist full bags for the past 4 years are a cut above of all the rest. My fitter for all have been John Brown from Des Moines Iowa. In my mind he is a premium master fitter and can be trusted.. I play Pro V X an outstanding ball that does the job for me.. Any questions just ask me and RB will let you know.

    Hi Lisa,

    I am a retired PGA Club Professional that has had a relationship with Titleist since 1991. In ‘91 I was leasing a golf course with Titleist being my premier club and ball partner. With this relationship and playing a fair amount of golf Titleist brought me on as a staff member.

    With this partnership I was able to get special grind irons that were amazing, as well as all the other equipment. I always had good length, however the driver was always a little suspect with accuracy. This was me not the clubs.

    In 2023 I went to a fitting with Cameron Buckley in Palm Desert. I originally went to buy irons with a little softer shaft. I bought those, then a rescue and several Scotty Cameron wedges. I then proceeded to hit the TSR line. First a hybrid, then a 3-wood and finally the driver.

    I happened to be at the fitting on one of the first days the TSR1 driver was available to hit a little more than a month before the release. As we went through the fitting I was amazed at the dispersion. I was literally putting the balls on top of each other with a turn over draw.

    I have always been a good iron player being able to hit, high, low, draws or cuts. My normal flight is a turn over draw whereas my driver was always long and somewhat unpredictable. I am now hitting my driver constantly at my target with a turn over draw. I’m also able to flight the ball (lower trajectory) and fade as needed.

    Once again, the dispersion is beyond amazing, I am able to control the driver like it’s and iron. I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of surreal. It has been a life long journey and a dream realized to have such an accurate driver.

    I was very fortunate to have a staff program with Titleist for years. Now by choice I will never play anything but Titleist. My bag is 100% Titleist.

    I’ve been playing golf since I was 9 yrs old. Got pretty good at the game with a handicap of 7. Could have been much less, if I were just an average putter. If there were a grade below “F” that’s where I would be. Driving was always the best part of my game, even with persimmon woods. Now at the age of 71, those 260 yard drives are now maybe 200 yards. I’ve been playing a Titleist 910 D2 driver for many years. One of the guys I play with drives the ball 10-15 yards farther than me. He bought a TSR 2 driver and was hitting it 40 yards past me. This really irked me. We are a competitive group and play a skins or Scotch game every week. I really wanted to get a TSR driver but being on a fixed income, decided to wait to see if the pricing would come down. Maybe a couple of years prior, I registered on the Titleist website. I decided to enter the sweepstakes to possibly win merchandise from Titleist. You know like balls, gloves, hats etc. well the heavens opened up for me when I got an email from Titleist that I had just won a new TSR driver. OMG! I never win anything. At any rate, I got fitted and I picked up 15-20 yards on my drive. Needless to say I’m ecstatic. I loved my 910 D2 driver but it doesn’t compare to the new TSR2 driver. I have the KuroKage Black shaft regular flex set at A1. It’s lighter and my swing speed is faster. The Titleist Golf instructor I go to said the driver hits the ball straight. It’s very forgiving but not so easy to work the ball. I found you can still work the ball either way but takes time to make the adjustment. It’s the best driver Titleist ever designed. At least for me it is. Lastly, I never thought in a million years I would win a sweepstakes like this. Hey, if you never register you’ll never win. Thank you Team Titleist!

    I've played Titleist for most of the past 30 years. My latest driver, TSR4 is by far the best I've owned. It is the straightest, longest driver I have ever played. I love it!

Let's not clutter up a thread where she is looking to find out what ladies are gaming TSR and what models they are using. I realize she did not specifically address the question as "ladies only" but I believe given this category, that is what was intended.

    I am guilty but here is the thing….. the availability of a 9 wood (23 loft in the TSR1) is a great thing for ladies and seniors. Let the young lads who play bogey golf and use triple x flex shafts scoff at that. There are a few on the LPGA that carry 9 and even 11 woods instead of long hybrids (Michelle W). Now you have Patty Tavanakit gaming a full set of Titleist.

    Added the TSr1 Driver to my bag a few weeks ago. Wow, I cannot get over how much I have adapted to it. Never played a Titleist Driver before, but this driver with a Speeder shaft is not only forgiving but has such a smooth feeling. I now have added one TSr-5 hybrid and have a the TSr7-wood on the way.

    It was a game changer for me. My TSR3's adjustability really helped with certain aspects of my driving game and gives me much more confidence than the driver I was previously playing.
