When Will My Order Ship?

Stock Golf Balls

  • All stock golf ball orders will ship within 10 business days.  
Custom Golf Balls
  • All custom golf ball orders will ship within 15 business days.  

Golf Clubs

  • Orders of drivers, fairways, and hybrids will ship within 4 weeks.*
  • Orders of wedges will ship within 8 weeks.*
  • Orders of putters will ship within 5 weeks.*
  • Orders of irons will ship within 6 weeks.*

    *Please note that based on certain shaft and/or grip selections, lead times may be extended.
Golf Gear (Golf Bags, Hats, Headcovers, Accessories and Travel Gear)
  • All golf gear items will ship within 10 business days.

Returns Policy

If you purchased golf balls that were not personalized or customized and would like to talk to our Titleist experts about a return, please contact our customer service team at 1-877-928-8868 Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST.

All sales of personalized or custom products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a personalized or customized product online and you would like to talk to our Titleist experts about any inaccuracies, defects, or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at 1-877-928-8868 Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Golf Gear purchase(s) on Titleist.ca, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unused, unaltered Golf Gear merchandise with all of the labels and tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns. Please see your packing slip for instructions or contact our customer service team at 1-877-928-8868 Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST.

If you are not satisfied with your Golf Clubs purchase(s), contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please call us at 1-877-928-8868 to obtain a pre-paid return label(s). All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, and we will not accept returns for the following: Stamped Wedges. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip. 

Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
