When Will My Order Ship?

Golf Ball Shipments 
  • Orders of stock golf balls will ship within 7 business days.
  • Orders of custom golf balls will ship within 10 business days.*
    *This includes orders with personalization text and/or a logo from our Titleist logo library.
  • Orders of custom logo upload golf balls will ship within 10 business days.*
    *This quoted lead time is from the date of artwork approval.
  • Orders of Pro V1 custom logo upload golf balls will ship within 17 business days.*
    *This quoted lead time is from the date of artwork approval.
  • Orders of RCT golf balls will ship within 7 business days.

Golf Clubs

  • Orders of drivers, fairways, and hybrids will ship within 2 weeks.*
  • Orders of irons and utility irons will ship within 2 weeks.*
  • Orders of wedges will ship within 2 weeks.*
  • Orders of putters will ship within 2 weeks.*
    *Please note that based on certain component selections, lead times may be extended. Please configure your club on Titleist.ca to see your estimated lead time.

  • Orders of golf gear and apparel items will ship within 3-7 business days.

Gift Cards

  • Orders of physical gift cards will ship within 3-5 business days.* 
    *Physical gift cards ship via USPS. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for delivery from the date of purchase.

Golf Balls
If you would like to discuss your Titleist.ca purchase of Titleist golf balls that were not personalized or customized and would like to initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt of your package, using the contact information listed below. All items eligible for return must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip. All sales of personalized or custom products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a personalized or customized product online and you would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects, or damage caused during shipping of the product, please contact our Customer Service team.

All returned items will be inspected for return eligibility in accordance with this Return Policy. Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You will be notified via email once Titleist has processed the return. If your return is approved, you can expect a refund within 30 days of Titleist’s receipt of the returned product(s). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Golf Clubs
If you would like to discuss returning your Titleist.ca purchase of Titleist golf clubs, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt of your package. Titleist will not accept returns of custom spec clubs or stamped wedges. All items eligible for return must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.

Golf Gear
If you would like to discuss with your Titleist.ca purchase of Titleist golf gear, please see your packing slip for instructions or contact our Customer Service team. We will refund unused, unaltered golf gear merchandise with all of the labels and tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your package. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns. All sales of personalized or custom products are final and may not be returned. Repairs Policy

The Titleist golf club repair department performs general club repair such as reshafting, loft and lie adjustments, and regripping. If your Titleist Brand clubs have repair or warranty needs, please contact our customer service team at (877) 928-8898 to discuss options available to you. At Titleist Golf, we stand by the quality of our products and will discuss all available options with you.

Some golf club repairs performed by a third party may affect the integrity of the club and render it unserviceable by Titleist.
