- All orders of stock, non-customized golf balls will ship within 10 business days.
Custom Golf Balls (Golf Balls with Text and/or Logo)
- All orders of custom golf balls (golf balls with text and/or logo) typically ship within 10-20 business days. Custom orders may be subject to increased lead times.
Golf Gear (Golf Bags, Hats, Headcovers, Accessories and Travel Gear)
- All golf gear items will ship within 10 business days.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Golf Gear purchase(s) on Titleist.ca, you may return it to us for a refund.
