So the day arrived after a lot of planning and lots of support and encouragement from the 44 Strong Field attending this team Titleist community day at Surrey Downs golf course.

This event was put together by myself and Ian Keen for the sole reason of just getting everyone together, catching up and talking all things Titleist.

The Day started nice and early with everyone arriving on time for breakfast and a cup of tea, which I feel was needed with players attending from Southhampton, Brighton, Peterborough, Essex, Lincoln to name a few.

Prior everyone arriving the 44 Strong Field had already been organised into groups of four Balls in handicap order. ( Low handicaps going out first ).

Thank you to my playing partners Tom Andrew and Ewen, it was really nice to share 18 holes with you and get to know you better than just talking to you in the WhatsApp group.

We used Golf GameBook for scoring as with 44 players doing a card for each group, it would’ve been an absolute nightmare trying to add everything up and to the enjoyment of the others that app went down a storm with a live leaderboard keeping everyone on their A game!

After every group had completed their round and lots of eyes on the leaderboard it was time for dinner and a good cold beer was well needed after a very warm day.

With an overall winner trophy a runners up shield two nearest to the pins and two longest drives trophies available there was lots to play for and to my amazement there was different winners for each category!

Congratulations to Dan Dean our overall winner and to Matt Hill finishing in a runner-up position. Many congratulations to all the other winners on the day, some amazing prizes to be won for sure including Golf Balls TT head covers etc.

Between the 44 players we also done a raffle that raised £2400 overall and the 6 prizes being a GT Driver , GT 3 Wood, a set of 3 Vokey wedges, a pair of FJ premium shoes, 3 dozen pro V1’s and 2 x First class tickets return to Luchars ( the home of golf ) valid for a year!

No surprises the winners were overjoyed with their prizes.

We also had a special gift for our very own Will Sutton for all his continuous hard work and commitment to the brand and the TT family which we presented him with a complimentary round of golf at Woodhall spa.

Overall, a fantastic day, it was amazing to see so many faces old faces and new, and just a good old catch up with old friends !

Roll on 2026 lads. I look forward to making the next one even bigger !!
