WOW and WOW!!! Hopefully they have the stadium set up on 16! I can't wait. Kudos to the Team Titleist crew for selecting another bucket list site. Time for some desert golf and practicing that 137 yard shot or will it be 127 yards

For what it's worth. I did a little research and from what I've read, they start the buildout in October. There will probably be some stands around the 16th but they won't be complete.

Got the call back in about 45 minutes (almost missed it). Alissa told me that the even the waiting list was already full. Got my confirmation and am stoked. Already looking at flights. Three dream destinations in the last three years. I am beyond glad that I was lucky enough to join such an awesome group. Thanks to Lisa, Allan and all the TT gang for going above and beyond for us.

Is a non golfer allowed to room with a participating golfer? And are they allowed to attend the breakfast and lunch?

You can book a single occupancy room which likely will be a king-sized bed. As for breakfast and lunch, those are intended for those who are paying for the golf and stay package; I'm sure you can make an arrangement with Marriott to pay for those meals for the non golfer. I would reach out to the resort for those details.

Yes, you can bring a significant other in your single room. No, they won’t be part of the official events. Per the TPC agent when I asked that question. There wasn’t a provision for a spouse non-golfing attendee. Being a full Marriott facility there will be dining options on site.

    Unless we hear otherwise.

If you have a single occupancy room, a non-golfer can probably come along for the room but not any of the meals/socials as they do not have a good way to track and charge the extra costs associated with extra food and drink. The main focus of these events are to allow the opportunity for TT golfers to socialize with each other so bringing a non-golfer to those gatherings kind of gets in the way of that intent. Its a very friendly bunch so if you start out not knowing anyone, by the end of the trip you will have a handful of new friends.

If they pay a registration......and share a room......something you will have to take up with Lisa and Allen.....someone has to pay for their breakfast and lunch, because it is included in the package......

If it's sold out, I would get on the waitlist. The event is still months away and I'm sure there will be cancelations.
  29. I got an email for the waitlist—- but already says sold out. Now it also appears u can’t get on the waitlist. You think if you are already on waitlist good chance you can get in? I responded to email as soon as I got it!

Obvvously you haven't been to any of these in the past. Trust me 20 minutes is on the long end of filling up. Others have filled up in 5 to 10 minutes.

Once you've been to one and seen the incredible job that Titleist does in hosting these, you'll see why people litteraly set their clocks for the signup time.

Don't sleep on the waiting list as things do come up as Abdon said and spots do open up.

Once you get your flight info, let me know and maybe we can share a cab from the airport to the hotel? Checked with the hotel and they said that it is about a thirty minute ride and around $60.00.

Abdon, I expect so. Lot easier to cart all the clubs etc. in my trunk than on the plane. Plus we get to stop along the way to play other locales! Really pumped for this one, like always.

I'm happy I got in on time; see all you luck folks there. Great location, and I think we can be confident we won't have to leave early due to a hurricane (like last year). :)

You would have received a phone call from TPC reservations for payment information. The other option would have been an email notifying you that you were on the wait list.
