    Hey Team Titleist,

As you might recall, a few months ago we announced a really exciting a new partnership with the National High School Golf Association and their annual High School Golf Invitational - which recently wrapped up this past week.

If you're not familiar with this event, the 2021 High School Golf National Invitational was held at Pinehurst . This was the third year of the event being played and it is an invite-only tournament that is made up of the top high school golfers from across the country.

Receiving an invitation to the National Invitational is quite an honor since only the best high school golf teams and individuals will receive invites based on their State Championship performance. This year 49 states were represented and 560 golfers made the journey to Pinehurst.

Our team was on-site for both the boy and girls events the past two weeks and it was an awesome experience for everyone involved. We helped all players get ready for the event by providing golf ball fittings and our friends at FootJoy also treated players to their new foot scan experience to help find the perfect fitting shoes. There was also a Titleist equipment experience set up on the practice range where players could take our latest equipment for a test spin.

As for the tee gifts, every player walked away with a solid care package full of Titleist and FootJoy swag and the winning teams along with the individual winners took home a special edition Titleist golf bag featuring the National Invitational logo.

Now on to some highlights from the competition...

    • The winning girl's team was from Lambert High School in Georgia and won by 28 shots.

    • The winning boy's team was from Skyline High School in Utah and were the defending champions coming into the event so they are now back-to-back champions.

    • The winning boy's individual (also part of the winning team), made a hole-in-one on the 12th hole of his final round, eventually winning by 2 shots.

Make sure you check out the NHSGA website to learn more and we can't tell you how grateful we are to have the opportunity to help them enrich the high school golf experience!

This is great seeing Titleist supporting our youth. I believe in order to grow the game we need to start with our youth. Great job Titleist!

They represent the retirees of the future. Thanks to Titleist for being a part of the future of golf. Sure we will see one of two of them on the PGA/LPGA on day. With much respect. =)

    Pretty Awesome!!!
Question: Where does the new NCAA stance on paying college athletes affect sponsorships for teams and players?

    Cheers,

How cool for the High School players, and backed by Pinehurst and Titleist, it doesn't get any better than that.

Ive coached HS golf for 10 years, any time you see a big company getting involved at any level be it elite or the not so much elite, its something to be proud of. Looks like this event went over well and everyone had a good time. Awesome job! Now hopefully the kids all repaired their ball marks, since the old guard here at my club tells me that no HS kid ever fixes their ball marks LOL!!

I was a coach of one the the teams representing ND on the boys side and I had one of my girls playing as an individual as well. They were blown away with the experience and generosity of Team Titleist/FJ. As a coach, I loved getting a backpack as well!
