Is there a special shaft band that comes with custom ordered irons. I know that scotty and vokey have them installed on custom oreders

Yes, i've seen it before, it should basically come with the same band but with your name written on it

I believe that there are no special shaft bands for custom order irons. The only thing different is the serial number on the hosel. From what I've experienced, custom ordered irons will typically have a 6-digit serial number. Either Titleist Staff here can confirm or you can always try Titleist Customer Service at 800-225-8500.

I'm not a shaft band guy thus have them removed and prefer grips with logos down.

I think we would need more information to answer this correctly. What type of shaft did you have put in them, etc.? I recently had a 'custom' set made for me, but I used the KBS Tour 90 shafts, which come with the traditional KBS Tour 90 band on them. I think it just depends what brand, but I could be wrong. If you are thinking of the wedges and having Bob tailor them to your liking then you can certainly have a few shaft band options (same goes for Scotty Cameron Custom Shop.) *If I am wrong please let me know, would be cool to figure it out.

I have the kbs c taper lite shaft. With a custom set you also do not have the titleist hologram sticker on. Which is ok.

It's funny that you had mentioned you take them off and use the grips down. When I received my new sticks a few weeks ago I had noticed they put them together with both, the KBS sticker and the "Titleist" grip down. Thought it was strange since I have always had the opposite, but I am now well used to it.

There used to be a small holograph sticker that was just under the grip that they put on wedges, irons and woods. I heard they stopped doing that and my woods that I ordered last year didn't have them.

I'm getting an iron order delivered in the next week or so, so if there's anything special i'll let you know
