    Looking to restore an original Studio Stainless Newport 2, from back in the early 2000's. Any guidance on where to go? Do I send to Scotty or is it safe to go to a custom shop?

    Send it to Scotty if you want the best job. It will not be cheap but it will be done right.

    I agree. I sent my Pro Platinum back to Scotty. When I got it back it was just like new.

    I sent my California Monterey to Scotty and it ran about $300 but was the best experience and my putter is colored and stamped to perfection. Couldn’t be happier, definitely suggest doing it!
