I made a Hole-In-One today, July 15th at the Revival at the Crescent, Salisbury NC. Hole #5, 169 yards from the white tees with a 7 iron. Witnessed by Davy Franks. I was using a Titleist Tru Feel.

This is my first Hole-In-One in 55 years. I had made 3 by the time I was 18 years old and none since.

I was a PGA Club Pro in the 1970's. I got burnt out with the long hours working at a golf course and quit playing golf for 40 years. When I started playing a few years ago, I was having trouble finding a ball that didn't feel like a rock.

When I was playing regularly years ago, I always used the 100-compression Titleist balata ball. The Tru Feel is the only ball I have found that gives me that soft feel of the old balata ball. Big advantage of the Tru Feel though, it doesn't smile back at you after a skull like the old balls did. Paul Rendleman, Salisbury NC
