When I was invited to play with my 3 handicap friend at his golf club I was extremely excited. At the time I was just getting into golf and wasn’t very good, however on the first par 3 of the course I pulled out my sandwedge from 105yds and hit it right to the pin. As we were walking up to the green we couldn’t see my ball, which meant it either rolled off or was in the hole. My heart sped up as I went to check to hole and to my surprise there was my ball! I was ecstatic and blown away. And that’s the story of how I hit my first hole in one.
