41 years old , joined a club 5 years ago to play golf more seriously , average 200 rounds a year and have come so close so many times until yesterday 10/17/2025 at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club. First time playing the course, par 3 9th hole , 114yds on front left pin , 105yds to carry top edge of front greenside bunker. Sawed off knock down PW into the wind, Ball 2 hops, checks up then releases tracking on the cup and disappears. Shoot 71 , -1 under the day with my first hole in one. A day I’ll never forget ! Felt great to visualize a shot , execute and see it come to fruition.
