10/18/25 11:20am tee time. I received a promotion with work a few weeks ago that will be relocating about 3 hours away in Philadelphia. We decided to go play the course my girlfriend and now fiancé started and learned how to play golf on. I bought her a new set of clubs, and a set of push carts and we have played this course dozens of times. It’s a nice time for us to get out and enjoy a nice day in nature. Teaching her how to play golf has taught me more about the mental side than anything.

The course is a beautiful little par 3 course with three par 4s (shortest hole 100 yds longest 275). Hole 3 straight par 3 about 100-110 with a 2 tier green. I hit my tee shot and as the ball is flying I’m thinking that the line is amazing. Lands on the green and disappears. In my head I’m thinking it rolled off the back and my fiancée says it went in. I didn’t believe her. She tees off and off we start walking to the hole. About 30 yards from the hole we don’t see the ball. My fiancée says that she is going to check the hole and I tell her that it’s a waste of time and to go to the back of the green. Well she looks in the hole and there the ball is.

I seriously did not believe her and I thought she was playing a joke on me and I walk up to the hole and there it is a Titleist Pro V1 that I picked up in the woods on a course over the summer.

My life is complete and I can die happy!
