Recently pulling my Titleist cart bag from my truck I noticed the strap hanging off only attached at the bottom. When I took a closer look I noticed the top clasp had broke. Is there anywhere I can get this repaired or replaced? Preferably in the G.TA.

I had the same thing happen to mine. I was able to fix it. I very seldom use my strap and usually take it off.

I've got the same issue. Top clasp broken. I can carry the bag a short distance if I'm very careful. I've got the black and lime green cart bag.

That is exactly what happened to my 4 month old strap.
Unless Titleist steps up to their poor bags, I'll not be buying any other of their products.

In the mean time, I've used a master (chain) link to keep the strap connected to the bag.

I'm also interested in a similar question. My 10.5" staff bag that's less than a year old has torn where the bottom part of the shoulder strap that then splits into a V, one of the 2 section where it enters into tghe bag has now torn away and created a hole.

    Just curious.....

Depending on the age of the bag. You could return it to the place you purchased, or call customer service.
Maybe others could share HOW they fixed theirs and you could benefit from that.

This is how I fixed the strap. I cut off the broken part with a dremel tool and used a "master link" to remake the connection.

However, this is just a fix and it doesn't look as good as it was originally. This kind of problem is is not a one-off, as this web site shows.

Titleist should be proactive and take care of their error.
