Does anyone have any experience with this club, and is this a 9 wood?

The 20 degree is equivalent to a 7W, so the 24 would be equivalent to a 9W Can’t help you on that club. Only carry the 20 degree fairway TSR-1 and the 23 hybrid GT-1. Love both.

Thank you, I ordered the GT2 21* and GT1 24*. Taking the TSi2 4 and 5 hybrid out of my bag

In traditional (some would say antiquated ) terminology, the 15° would be considered a 3 wood, the 18° would be considered a 5 wood, the 21° would be considered a 7 wood and the 24° would be considered a 9 wood. The 24° would be for someone that prefers fairway woods rather than long/mid Irons or hybrids. I use the 21* sometimes to sub for my 23* hybrid. I carry one of these instead of a 4 or 5 iron.

If you’re considering adding the 24* to your bag you should demo one and see how the launch and distance match up with your current set. See if you hit it better than what you currently play at the same distance.

    Hope this helps.

Sandy, that sounds right. Just added the GT3 24*, playing at a 23* loft. Like the smaller iron like head. Also have the TSR1h 20* and TSR1F 17* because of the height I get with those, plus my GT2F 14.25* and GT2D 10.75. That gives me a 3w, 5w, 7w, 9w. It works for me and I can manage my yardage at my age. My fitter did a good job with my set up. With the fairway it might be a few yards longer than the hybrid.
