Just attended a 2 hour tour today in New Bedford MA and it was quite interesting to learn about the history and manufacturing. It was 7 of us on the tour and you get to walk the plant and learn about the manufacturing process. Also watched a short video. Afterwards, we got one free ball, a sticker and a rubber wristband. They have full priced balls and some gear to purchase as well. Overall it’s a very chill visit and much appreciated that they offer this free tour! Didn’t realize the founder was an MIT grad to boot. The place is basically an hour away by car from Boston.
