Do you use an alignment aid on your golf ball? Michael Breed does, and he's showing you just a couple of the more than 30 options we have available on Titleist.com: bit.ly/2JJfvYu

Hear from Michael on his favorites and let us know in the comments if you use a custom alignment option on your Titleist!

No, because I line putt & pick my spot while over the ball vs trying to sight it in from behind & tilt the arrow the correct way etc etc. Too much work & possible error for me to do I guess Lol. Keep it simple is my opinion.

No alignment aid for me. Have tried using one, but frankly, I am a far better putter when I go without.

He certainly makes some good points. I never really thought to use an alignment aid off the tee.

I do, sharply line on side stamp.
  8. I do not use an alignment aid when I putt. I can't read greens very well and so I wouldn't know where to aim a line on the ball.

Just a line through the side stamp.

I use to then tried one day without and putted better less three putts that day. So now no line to line up putt. I think I was so worried about lining everything up and forgetting about speed of the putt which I think is far more important and less putts so far for me anyhow.

I don't use an alignment aid on the ball.I mark the ball with a sharpie, coloring in one dimple only, and have that facing up whenI putt.

I use the alignment arrows on the Pro V1 rather than adding alignment line

Just starting to use alignment aid on the ball. I find it gives me a little more focus when picking the line and when I stroke it. Started using it with the Your Speed and now with the Pro V1

I don't use an alignment option. I've tried, but for me a clean ball is best. The times I've played trying to use the side stamp or a drawn line on my ball I've found that my putting stroke is to tight (trying to hard to make perfect contact at the aid). When I putt without using any alignment aid my stroke is much smoother and my aim is better.

Yes and no. I have always lined up the Titleist script of my ball for tee shots and putts but have never drawn and alignment line or used the prestamped line on my Pro V1.

Straight line like everyone uses on tour.
    Simple.
    No dots or frills.

I sure do. I really like the newer alignment options for the ProV1s as well. As our golf pro says "it's like legal cheating"!

    I don't. I find it distracting.

yup, i use a line on my golf ball. it helps me pick an intermediate target just in front of the ball. my average putts per round has gone down since using this technique.
