T250* Launch Spec

    I went to Manchester Lane (thanks Broken Tee Society!) for a fitting and they recommended the T250* launch specs because my miss is low and left. I loved the way I was hitting launch specs and immediately pulled the trigger to replace my T200s. When I got home I was surprised to learn that they are designed for moderate to slow swing speeds. I'm definitely getting older but I still hit my 7 iron an avg of 168 so not too bad. Anyone with moderate high swing speeds gaming the launch specs? Experiences? I'm a little worried I'm going to balloon my 8 & 9. I suppose worst case I can blend the set with my T200s.

    Assuming you hit your 9-8-7 T200 irons, your fitter took that into account in not blending in T150 for shorter irons. If you are still not comfortable, call your fitter back and go through the rationale on the recommendation.
    If I was fit at a large box store and they fitted me in 15 minutes, I would worry as well. The Titleist fitters at Manchester Lane and TPI will take the time to review it with you.
