  1. Started off great getting fit for new 7-p 60 56 wedges. Orders came in 1 week later super stoked to only receive 7-p with ladies white tacky grips. Wedges arrived 2 days later. Opened up 60 and it was completely rusted out sent in for new one received all clubs to only have the 9 and pw have a broken hozzle rattling inside. Sent this e back. This is an awful experience from the world’s best fitting company allegedly. My private cc is handling this but it’s a disaster

    I’ve bought 8 sets of irons, probably 20 hybrids, fairways, and drivers, 5 putters, and a dozen wedges. I’ve never had a defective product. It’s hard to imagine that all this could happen with factory built equipment for just one customer. I’m sure just about all of us have never experienced a situation of this magnitude.

    This almost sounds like someone has been ordering through non-Titleist channels and these are not factory clubs. Even with mistakes, Titleist works hard to be sure if not right the first time, it is the second time.

    Sorry your experience is so bad.

    I would be very suspicious of where your private CC is getting clubs from.
