  1. Hello,

I recently had a great Titleist Thursday fitting experience with Jim Pooler. When I look at "My Fittings" under this site it indicates the clubs were not ordered. Can you confirm they were in fact ordered and approximate delivery time frame?

Again, kudos to Titleist fitter Jim Pooler!!

    Thanks in advance.

    Les V.

Hi Les, Your Team Titleist page will not indicate whether the clubs were ordered, but we spoke with Jim and RDSA and they did order your clubs for you. Normal build time is 3-4 business days and then shipping. We would anticipate that you will have your clubs for this weekend. Cross your fingers that this new rain storm is not as severe as they are predicting!
  3. Jim/Cathi,

Clubs arrived on Friday the 15th. Thanks again
  4. Cathi,

Thanks for the update! I appreciate the quick response. Secondly, it's amazing I can be fitted on a Saturday and possibly have my new AP3's in my hand by the following Friday.

This was my first fitting and Jim Pooler was terrific. He was extremely easy to work with and he patiently explained the Trackman numbers and the meaning behind them. As I hit different configurations Jim would point out the differences and ultimately what our target numbers should be...I couldn't be happier. I've already recommended him to several of my playing partners.

After being a long time TM player, I am now a proud member of Team Titleist.

    Thanks again

Watching "Santa's Helpers" at work making customized sets of club for shipment is just amazing. Glad Titleist is not a leader in mass-merchandising complete sets. More efficient for shipping, but would deprive us of the best fit for the best equipment for our game.
  6. I just ordered my set of ap1's from Valley golf center in Avondale Arizona on Sunday 5-19-19 just wondering if I'll get them by saturday5-25-10 in time for my memorial day weekend tourney? Thks
  7. My pro recently ordered a set of titleist AP3 irons for me almost 3 weeks ago now and I’m still yet to see them. Any way to confirm that they were ordered or that they are being shipped? Please help! I’m getting so anxious!!

There is no direct status on orders between Titleist and the general public. Your pro will need to contact them with the order number to get a status for you. Could be a shaft supply issue if it is not a common stock item.
