Received one at TTI Ireland. Very interesting feel - almost "V"-like - and IMO a distinct improvement if these are indeed AVX protos. Will be following the comments for sure.

I'm hoping to see a white box as well. The new Left Dash is out... one of my favorite golf balls. Would be perfect for fall gall when the conditions are a little softer.

Got mine today. First time in a few years. Very excited.

I have played 4 rounds with the new ball. Have not lost any. Quite certain I have the next generation AVX. My index is currently 8.8. All 4 rounds have been in the mid 70’s, 76, two 77s, 78.
New ball is definitely longer than my current ProV1, maybe as much as 10yards off the tee, iron shots also longer. Ball flight is lower, Stopping distance has not really changed. Putting is good.
A couple short chips got away from me, but we have had rain this week, and I am thinking the ball skidded off the grass.
Overall, I think I am going back to the AVX, and keeping my ProV1s in the bag.
