definitely the putting average. You can get on the green in one every time but if you four putt youre shootin 90's.
It all depends on your ball flight. I would highly recommend keeping the lofts you have and to learn to hit a shorter shot with your hybrid. If you are set on delofting your clubs I would only recommend delofting 2 degrees max. I have about the same numbers…
