I currently have a r7 10.5 degree driver with a medium flex that has been cut down about 1.5 inches and I'm starting to shop for a new driver. My swing speed is about 80 mph and I was wondering what shaft is right for me and what flex?

It was in a article somewhere that he does all of them to change to match what he is wearing. I am not sure what he uses to do this.
