• Normal Lead time for new irons

    I have a set of AP1's on order thru a local Pro Shop and was just wondering what the normal lead time is. 5 - GW 1 degree Up, Project X steel shafts. I placed my order on 8/26 and wsa told they would ship on 9/1. Still no clubs yet. I think somebody somewhere…

    Ten yards off a driver is fairly insignificant, I would be of the same mind as others.. don't mess with what works.

    I used a 6 iron at a 151 yd. par 3, 4th hole at Fuzzy Zoellar'S Champions Pointe Golf Club. It went in on the fly, dunked it! Fuzzy signed the flag and gave it to me. Eddie Spainhour

    Interesting... I haven't noticed much problem in that regard. Maybe it's where I play. We have a pretty British style course, (rolling bumpy fairways and hard ground), so I hit quite a few bump and run approaches when I would otherwise have to hit 1/2…

    Hit my first ever Ace on Hole #3 at Torrey Pines North Course. It was playing 108 yards from the blue tees and I hit a Vokey 52d gap wedge. Landed about 8 feet past the hole and had just the right amount of backspin to make it back to the cup.
