Kim, Goydos and Piller Lead 5-Win Week for Pro V1 and Pro V1x Loyalists

Titleist Brand Ambassadors and golf ball loyalists continued their winning ways around the globe this week, as players relying on Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls combined for five more titles across the worldwide professional tours.

Titleist golf ball players have now recorded 124 victories on golf's biggest stages, more than six times the nearest competitor with 20.

It was a weekend of major success on the LPGA Tour, a Titleist golf ball loyalist In-Kyung Kim (Pro V1x) captured her first major at the Women's British Open.

Meanwhile, Paul Goydos (Pro V1) won in playoff fashion at the 3M Championship and Martin Piller (Pro V1) captured his first Web.com title of the season at the Ellie Mae Classic.

Elsewhere around the globe, Titleist golf ball loyalists Poom Saksansin and Peter Karmis both trusted a Pro V1x golf ball as they entered the winners circle on the Asian Tour and South African Sunshine Tour, respectively.

It was a wire-to-wire finish for Titleist golf ball loyalist Poom Saksansin (Pro V1x), who closed with a 4-under-par 67 to win the Asian Tour's TAKE Solutions Masters.

Saksansin finished two shots clear of Titleist golf ball loyalist Kalid Joshi (Pro V1x) and topped a leaderboard that included 13 Titleist golf ball loyalists among the 15 who finished in the top 10 and ties.

Titleist was the most played at the event with 124 players trusting a Pro V1 or Pro V1x, more than 11 times the nearest competitor with 11 and more than all competitors combined.

In South Africa, Peter Karmis (Pro V1x) prevailed on the first hole of a playoff with fellow Titleist golf ball loyalist Jake Roos to capture his fifth career Sunshine Tour title at the Sun City Challenge.

Karmis and Roos advanced after finishing regulation with a 6-under-par 210 totals. Titleist Brand Ambassador Jean Hugo (Pro V1x) closed with a final round 2-under 70 to finish in solo third place, one shot out of the playoff.

Titleist was the most relied upon golf ball at the event with 84 players in the field of 108, nearly four times the nearest competitor with 22 and more than all other golf balls combined.
