Hello my name is Michael, I am 15 years old. This was my 1st year on a golf team for my high school as well. After school we went to go practice at Ravisloe country club. on the 5th hole a kid in my foursome said, "i don't care what you guys say,but i'm getting a hole in one on this next hole. After the 5th hold we teed up on the 6th hole. My 2 friends hit their balls on the green so i had to match them. i took out my 8 iron and took a practice swing thinking in my head that this is too much club for 135 yards [distance to the green]. i stepped up to my ball and choked up on the ball and swung. i hit a great shot but thought it was short, sure enough it hit the green and was going right for the hole. The kids that already hit screamed, "THATS IN THE HOLE!!!!" I did not believe them. So the fourth kid in our group teed his ball up, and one of my friends that already hit wanted to see if my ball went in so they threw his ball onto the fairway and played from there. When we were all on the green we all walked up to the hole, and there it was a titleist velocity sitting in the hole. Thats my hole in one.
