I've been playing golf since I was about 10. At 47 I now play in a league every Sunday. I play at a 13 handicap. I came to the 4th hole at Cinder Ridge Golf Course in Wilmington, IL at 1 over par. It is a tight 169 yard par 3 that was playing 164 today. I teed up a Titleist Pro V number 8 and hit a beautiful 8 iron right at the stick. It hit about 18 inches away, bounce once, and right in the cup for my first Hole In One. My foursome was hooting it up so loud with excitement that other groups 4 holes away could hear our yells. Since I started playing with the Pro V's, my game has improved greatly. It took 47 years to get this hole in one, I hope I don't have to wait that long for the next.
