My First Hole In One

I was playing in a tournament with three friends, Chris Thompson, Jeff Lowery, and Greg Norwood. We were only three under when we arrived at hole seven. I was first to hit and decided to use a 6 hybrid. When I hit the ball, it was all over the flag and to my amazement, and all I was thinking was, just be close. Honestly, I wasn't thinking about a Hole in One, I was just thinking about getting a birdie. When the ball disappeared, I couldn't believe it. We all just started jumping around and one of my friends said, I've never witnessed a Hole in One. I had a picture taken and called many friends and I will never forget that day. The only regret that I have, is that my Dad who passed away in 96 wasn't there to see it. In my office, because I'm a pastor, I still have my first birdie golf ball that my dad glued to a tee. The only other regret that I have is that my son Drew wasn't there with me, because he is my best golfing buddy. One day I hope that my son will hit a Hole in One as well,,,, Go Drew....
