Hole in one
By Daniel M On 3 September 2012
I was playing in a tournament at my club, a two man better ball (not a scramble), I was playing pretty well all day I was going back and fourth between -3 and -1. Our team was 9 under net score. We knew we had to get to 10 under to have a chance at winning. We tee off 16 a par five with the hopes that this is the hole that will get us to 10 under. Unfortunately, I missed a 3 foot putt for par and we went to 8 under. We walk over to 17s tee and I looked at my partner before I hit and said we need to make a birdie here to give us a chance. I was going to hit last so I could judge what the wind was doing, everyone else came up short or right! I pulled out my 7i and said aim a little left and play a baby fade! I pured the shot and watched as it faded 3 yards, as it was in the air was saying be the one, be the one! It hit 5 yards long a sucked back into the hole I went crazy and we came in a tie for first!
