Last Tuesday the golf Gods smiled (or smirked) at me and on the 5th hole at Skylinks Golf Course in Long Beach, Ca. my 2nd hole in one came after hitting my pro v1x with a 5 iron 163 yds into the wind(the Golf Ball is now officially retired). #1 ace came 24 years earlier. Yes I was excited and it was a grand event...although I was playing in a skins game (and yes it did win 1 of 11 skins) so it was a bit bitter sweet as the bar bill went straight (and deeply) into my wallet leaving my head spinning at the end of the day... looking forward to #3.
