Labor Day of 2012. Left house at 6:30 am heavy rain and at best we thought we would have breakfast. 40 minute drive to course in pouring rain, pulled into parking lot and the rain stopped. 7 players showed up and we tee off. 1 st hole par 5 water puddles everywhere take a 7 on the hole and I'm thinking this is going to be a long day. 2 nd hole card says 178 yds. GPS says 197 pull out a 7 wood lands 3ft from the hole and rolls in. Last thougth before swing was breakfast would have been a better choice.
