First only hole in one
By Jeffrey L. G On 13 June 2012
I was having a mediocre day on May 30, 2012 as I started on the front nine at the Vineyard Golf Course in Cincinnati Ohio, great drives on holes one and two produced two bogies, hole three I fell apart lost drive, hit in sand, over green, ended with triple. Then approached hole #4 someone was already marked a shot within the flag stick so we knew to get closest to the pin it was going to take an incredible shot. The yardage indicated 139 yards I was hitting my club I hit from 145 to 150 yards (PW) because the hole plays long. I hit a very good shot good loft hit short and to the right of flag bounce once and roll towards pin. It disappeared and we thought could it have gone in? One gentleman said no it's behind the pin. After we all hit, Doug Batt ran up to hole with Mike Hayes chasing in cart and to our amazement the ball was IN THE HOLE, and the rest is history I now have a hole in one and my life is changed.
