We went to Atlanta in April to watch a practice round of the Master's Tournament, and went golfing at a couple of courses around Atlanta. On April 6, 2012, we went to Stone Mountain to golf. After hole 5 I noticed a ding on my golf ball, so I took out a new Titleist PRO V1x and marked it. It was a #7 which I though was interesting because you don't see very many balls with the #7. I hit the ball one time, and received my very first hole in one. The thing that makes this so unique, is that I was out of town, on a golf course that I had never golfed, and got a once in a lifetime shot, on a once in a lifetime trip. I have been golfing for over 30 years, and this is my first hole in one. My wife who has been golfing for about 10 years received her first hole in one 5 years ago, on a course that I have played since I was a teenager.
