- If your custom golf ball order qualifies for Loyalty Rewarded, it will ship for delivery within 8 weeks.
- If your stock golf ball order qualifies for Loyalty Rewarded, it will ship for delivery within 4 weeks.

A: No, this promotion is for golf balls without customization or with single personalization only.
Q: Can I imprint 4 different names on my golf balls?
A: No, if you choose to personalize, the customization must be the same on all 4 dozen (ball type/colour, play number, personalization text and colour).
Q: Can I put numbers 33, 44, 55, 66 for my play numbers?
A: The customization needs to be the same on all 4 dozen (ball type/colour, play number, personalization text & colour).
Q: Can I purchase a custom play number only?
A: Yes.
Q: Do the yellow versions of Pro V1, Pro V1x, and AVX come in high numbers?
A: No, the yellow Pro V1, Pro V1x, and AVX are only available in Low #’s 1-4.
Q: Do Pro V1x Left Dash or AIM Enhanced models come in high numbers?
A: No, Pro V1x Left Dash and all AIM Enhanced models are only available in Low #’s 1-4.
Q: Can Pro V1 Yellow, Pro V1x Yellow, and AVX Yellow be personalized?
A: Yes, but only in black ink for these models.
Q: I don't play Pro V1, Pro V1 AIM Enhanced, Pro V1x, Pro V1x AIM Enhanced, Pro V1x Left Dash, Pro V1x Left Dash AIM Enhanced Alignment, or AVX. Can I still participate?
A: No. Currently, Pro V1, Pro V1 AIM Enhanced, Pro V1x, Pro V1x AIM Enhanced, Pro V1x Left Dash, Pro V1x Left Dash AIM Enhanced, and AVX are the only golf ball models that are available under the Loyalty Rewarded promotion.
Q: I ordered 6 dozen. Why did I only receive 1 dozen free?
A: The promotion allows for 1 free dozen per customer only.
Q: What is the lead time for Loyalty orders, and why does it seem to be taking longer than regular orders?

Q: I opted to subscribe to my Loyalty Rewarded order. Does that mean I will receive a free dozen with my recurring subscription orders?
A: No. Any recurring orders will not receive discounted pricing. You will be charged standard pricing.
