Not sure anyone has experienced this (I’m not sure technically how to describe what is broken). Basically the big loop on my StaDry bag won’t stay closed. The rivet holding the closure on is quite loose which prevents its from staying closed. So I’m leaving big towels all over the place lol. Other than hang everything off the tag loop, is there a way to fix? Thanks!

If the bag is within warranty period, take it to your authorized dealer. If past, I personally would consider just epoxying the thing closed and just use it like a regular ring. Many of the new bags have now gone back to the one-piece ring as it is more durable.

How long are the warranties for the Titleist Bags? I ask since I just picked up two Players 4 Stand Bags for my 16 and 14 year old sons.

Same as clubs, one year subject to defects, not abuse. See details under "Warranty, Care, and Repair" link at the bottom of this website. I once had a zipper go bad after 6 months and was able to return it to the authorized dealer I purchased it from. It was sent back to Titleist and a new replacement was given. Of probably 10 bags in 15 years, this was the only time I ever had a warranty issue.

Thanks for the reply, Dale. Yeah the bag is long out-of-warranty. Great idea about using epoxy/some-fancy-glue to fix.

If the bag is out of warranty and you must DIY it, get some Gorilla Glue and close up the gate. Then get a d-ring clip and hang it off the now closed ring.

Based on the design of broken item, my belief is the bag is out of warranty. I have a StaDry stand bag with a similar design and it was purchased more than 3 years ago. I'm not a big fan of that carabiner like design because even with it working, items attached to it would find a way to come loose. I ended up wrapping some black electrical tape and that is working fine.

The bag itself isn't in my rotation any longer since I've acquired newer bags; they have a closed loop design without the carabiner-like clip.
