I had been playing 4-9 718 API with Vokey wedges at 46, 50, 56 & 60. I was recently fitted for the T-Series and went with 4-5 T350 & 6-9 T200. But the T200 9 is 38.5 which is a sizable gap to the 46. I am pretty sure Vokey doesn't offer below 46. Is having the 46 bent to 44 a bad idea? Should I scrap the Vokey for a T200 PW?

Play the set. Then check the gap. You’re likely right that there will be a gap. Moving from the AP1/T100 lofts, you may now need a wedge fitting. In general the set club will be longer than the Vokey wedge. In your case it is only recommended to bend the wedge 2 degrees and this will also decrease the bounce by 2 degrees.

The empirical lofts would be more like P (43) - 48 - 54 - 60. Best to get an outdoor fitting.
