Any thoughts on the differences between the Titleist staff bag and the mid size? I walk 80% of the time with a push cart.

I also like to keep everything (rain gear, gloves, balls) except for umbrella in the bag.

I'm leaning towards the mid size but would like to know if there is much more pocket space/storeage than the deluxe cart bag. I have the deluxe but side apparel pockets bulge out too far.

Hi Clint, I have an older 2014 model of the "Lightweight Staff Bag" ... similar to the Mid Size version. I prefer it for my Clic Gear push cart. It's just a little lighter than the full staff bag and has good storage space. Of course, regardless of the bag, I always try to not stuff my bag too full! :-).

Hi Clint! I have an older model of the Lightweight Staff Bag (2014) it is rather similar in style to the Mid Size bag. I use it with my Clic Gear push cart. I do prefer it over the full size staff bag simply because of the lighter weight. I do carry lots of things in my bag, including at times, a rain jacket. But, I should also add that I try hard to not overkill my bag.

Mine has room for my golf balls, tee bag, green tools (ball markers, divot repair tool, etc.) plus I have my own "first aid" kit (Aleve, Tylenol, eye wash, and a small packet of antihistamines, hand sanitizer). So, it performs admirably and works well with my push cart. I think it is a good compromise for what you are looking for. All the best!

Hi Clint, I have two bags, a 9.5" Titleist staff bag and a Titleist older stand bag. The Staff bag I purchased in 2014. The staff bag has its limits. Although the main storage area around the barrel of the bag can accommodate your rain gear and other items, it will be heavy once you load all your items into the bag. Based on my experience. I carry similar items as you and Clint, above. It is great on a golf cart, but I have learned to use my carry bag on a pull cart when I walk. Less bulkier and easier to push/pull uphill. Less chance to have it all topple over on you as well. Cheers, Paul S.

I also walk with a cart. Mine is electric with a remote control. Absolutely love it. I purchased a new bag last year and it fits everything I need for golf and clothing. I do take a lot out of it when it is not needed and leave it in the car as I am sure you can attest that a lot of clothing and to many extra balls can add a lot of weight.
This bag has a lot of great pockets and I particularly like the drink pouch. I doe keep my water and iced tea cold throughout the round.

I have a 9.5 Staff bag and have used it on a Sunmountain 3 wheel push cart and now on an electric cart with remote. Fits on both very comfortably. Very roomy, and looks great.

Thanks for the feedback! I've decided on the mid staff bag (Titleist is embroidering my name on it). Pretty pumped to get it.
  8. You are going to be very happy. The mid-size is a much better choice for a pull cart or motor cart compared to the regular staff bag. I have a mid-size with the TT logo as well as "TEAM TITLEIST" embroidered.

I wish that Titleist would bring out a Tour version of the cart bag - much like they have in the stand bag...
