Hi, Team Titleist I have a question to whom it may concern. I own a Scotty Cameron Seamist Monterey Putter. I've recently noticed that the red jewels have fallen off the back of the putter. Is this a normal occurrence or am I the lucky one? If possible could someone be able to provide me with a solution to this issue. I would hate to part ways with this putter as it has improved my putting and saved me many strokes in my local game. Thanks

Depending how old your putter is and if it's still under warranty you can consider sending it for a a restoration at their custom shop. It's fairly pricey but you will have a brand new putter fully customized for you at all points. Almost anything can done and it will keep is resale value as well. Wait until this fall they are coming out with their annual limited edition restoration features. The new Scotty Cameron website will now let you enter all the features you like and get an estimate on the price (US $).
