I've played Vokey Spin Milled wedges for about 12 years for gap, sand, and lob wedges but have been thinking of swapping my pitching wedge to a spin milled as well. I've always just used a pitching wedge that matches my iron set because I've been worried about losing distance by hitting it higher because of increased spin. I've never had a big problem getting spin with my PW but know that with a Vokey I'd get more. The only reason I've thought about changing is that I love how Vokey's feel. Also, I'm about to get a new set of irons and if I'm going to swap to a Vokey PW then I just won't but a PW with my new irons.
Anybody used a Vokey Spin Milled for a PW? What are your thought on the change?

I think you also need to look at your 9 iron as well. Titleist 9 irons vary from 38 deg through to 43 deg. The lowest vokey is 46 deg, so if you use AP1's you will have a 8 deg gap and a 7 deg gap if you went for the new AP3's. Just something to think about.
