    WOW WOW WOW.....

What a trip with some unbelievable people. Here's my guy Speedy at Machrihanish Golf Club.

If you get the chance to travel to the Southwest of Scotland you must check out these courses:

    - Western Gailes Golf Club (on the mainland near Royal Troon, Prestwick etc) - Shiskine Golf Club (cool 12 hole course on the island of Arran) - Machrihanish Dunes Golf Club (Design by David McLay Kidd) - Machrihanish Golf Club (Designed by Old Tom Morris with an incredible opening hole)

Western Gailes is OK, but Glasgow Gailes (on the same road) is a much better track to play. It has hosted Open Qualifiers in the past. Just across the tracks is Dundonald Links which has hosted the Scottish Open and Ladies Scottish Open, another great place to play.

We spend a lot of time in that part of Scotland and there are countless unheard of, great places to play.

Glad you enjoyed the trip Justin.

Great looking trip. Did St. Andrews in 2016 and hope to get back next year.

Thanks for showing the great picture of my cruising along the ocean :) Yes, the trip was epic, an experience I'll never forget and I enjoyed every course we played.. I think the team did a great job picking the courses.. Barely anyone there and it was just us and the locals which made the experience even better. Beautiful people in Scotland. Would go again in a heart beat..

I'm glad you had a great time Justin, this is my part of Scotland and I'm happy the weather was one of the very few sunny days we get. 19 hole is right, there are hundreds of little gems to be found in this fantastic area.

  9. The Southwest is great, but on your next trip go North. I’d be hard pressed to tell you it gets much better than Dornach.

Definitely have to go back. Dornach, Kingsbarns, St. Andrews, etc all to the North and East are a must. You can make so many trips and not go to the same spots. This first experience was amazing and fun to be a little "off the main path". Definitely a secret bucket list
