     Hey, Team Titleist!

Next month we'll be staging a unique film production at our Manchester Lane Test Facility. We'll be spending a day with several key members of the Titleist Instruction roster, including Cameron McCormick, Mark Blackburn, Trillium Rose, Michael Breed and James Sieckmann. These world class teachers will be addressing every phase of the game and sharing their proven methods to help you play your best golf ever.

As part of this film shoot, we want to hear from you. What subjects would you like our experts to cover? Is there a particular shot that you'd like to master? Or a technical issue with your swing that is giving you trouble? Are you looking for more distance off the tee? Or more command in your short game? Whatever will help you most is what our instructors would like to tackle.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR QUESTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS IN THE COMMENTS BELOW and we'll make sure to get you expert answers, straight from the most trusted coaches in the game.

    Thanks!

I really have a hard time with bunker shots. I believe the main focal points are opening the face and hitting 1-2 inches behind the ball, but my sand shots are just so inconsistent. Any advice is welcome!
  3. I have been having the same problem. Before this year I would get out of the sand 9 of 10 times but this year 50%. I believe my swing is coming too steep.

Any help with swing sequencing!! Feel like as I am getting older, my transition at top gets quick!

    Thanks!!
  5. I'm noticing that the top of the bag has many options these days with high high lofted fairways, hybrids, utility irons and long irons. Are some swing styles more suited to a certain style of club at the top end of the bag like a more pivot driven body swing with a slower rate of face closure vs an arm oriented swing with a high rate of face closure.

    Thank you,

I would like something more definite about how much shoulder tilt & foot spacing with the driver.

I hear so many say to hit further tilt right shoulder & widen your stance outside your shoulder width.

The problem I experience is sometimes I shallow the club & hit behind the ball when I go too far with either shoulder tilt or widening my stance.

My shot is a draw off the tee, could that swing path create that issue by getting too inside & low by tilting & widening the stance?

    Thanks,

    DM

Awesome that this is happening. My biggest issue is consistency in my swing. Mainly with my mid irons (I've given up on long irons and gone to hybrids which has really helped there). I just can't find a repeatable iron swing. First I'll fat one then thin the next one. Next it is all arms with no weight shift to the front leg. Doesn't matter if it's range or on the course. Before you all say it, I know I need to see a teaching pro but the finances just aren't available right now. I know I can play this game but it's getting really frustrating that I can't seem to get better no matter how many balls I hit or how many drills I try. Tired of having some great holes then follow it with doubles, triples, etc. Getting from the fairway (or somewhere near it) to the green is an adventure. Sorry to run on but just hoping for some direction to get better.

On the theme of "technical issues with my swing",I've always been a "looper";bringing the club inside, looping it up to the top, and then trying to maintain the 90 degree angle between shaft and forearm as long as I can before impact, eventually getting back on plane very late.I'm 66 now, so I'm not looking to change my swing, but was wondering what I might focus on to minimize the loop, and get me back on plane earlier in the downswing.

    Thank you.
  13. As a high handicapper becoming more consistent, how do you know you're ready to upgrade equipment (t300 - t200s, TruFeel - TourSofts, etc)? Located several hours from a proper fitting facility and left-handed so that introduces some hurdles

One thing I constantly work on is making sure I'm hitting the ball before the ground when I'm taking a divot. I've watched and read many different ways to address this issue and it would be nice to get the perspective from some of the Titleist instructors.

Overall swing path. Saw on Course Record with Michael Breed speak of the Open Box finish from Ben Hogan. Maybe more in depth discussion on that. THANK YOU

I have a real issue with swinging to fast. I work with a swing coach, will be 76 the tenth of next month and hit the ball better than most my age, but warp speed just creeps in at the wrong time during my rounds. Those triple bogies have increased my handicap to a 19. Have always been a picker of the ball and feel if I could slow down and become more of a slight digger, I could have a better short game. One note, I did not start playing golf until 1985. Played softball for 26 years, league and traveling and tried to teach myself to play golf during that time which was the wrong way to learn. Retired from softball in 1990.

    Cumbernauld,

I have a real issue with constant ball striking, not sure if I’m trying to hit it too hard or is the ball position in my stance wrong or is it as simple as I’m really a 20 handicapper!!

I would like to see some suggestions or drills to help improve face control. Thank you and I’m looking forward to seeing what comes out of this.

I would love to hear what the first thought in their downswing is....do they think of "pulling the chain" or rotating hips, or shifting to their front leg? I find myself struggling between which one of these thoughts I should prioritize in order to ensure a good shot. I also had a draw for over 1 year and for some reason started rotating my upper body and now can't find my draw anywhere...even when I swing inside out. Maybe they could talk about why this happens and some good ways to combat this "mental/physical block"????

    Looking forward to watching!!!

First my favorite instructor is Trillium Rose, she just reignites with me and love her tips and drills. My biggest struggle is when I need to take some speed off of a wedge for a shorter shot. Any tips or drill would be much appreciated, thanks TT
