For me it would be Arnie. Talked to him one time and was hooked with his personality.

I think a good percentage of us golfers of the baby boomer generation would pick Arnie. My second choice would be Lee Trevino!
  3. Mike M

    Arnold Palmer.
  4. Currently Sam Snead just to see what he thinks about Tiger winnings his 82, then Rory. I can’t but be amazed at his playing and infectious attitude toward the game.

Definitely Arnie. The game is what it is because of him. I'm pretty sure we all agree on that.

Tiger, would be insightful, but information overload! Close second is The MeriMex, would be a laugh fest and learn his burning wedge
  9. Seve for his imagination and to witness his short game in person. Payne Stewart would be the most fun to play with.

Great question! I'd pick Juli Inkster. She would have great stories and likes to laugh. It would be fun!

Arnie is a most, but I also have a few other players would love to play with, not just for their golf carrers, but also for the life and legacy those man and women left behind them.
My list is not on order of who I want to play with the most, it is a dream list of people who I would like to meet with and get to know them.

Mr. Palmer, there is a reason he is The King. His personality is infectious as is his smile.

Too many to choose, but wow playing with Arnie would be an amazing experience. This is an interesting question. Whomever you choose would be great, but there are just so many great players out there , Im not sure i could just pick 1! I guess I'd have to pick Arnold Palmer, a western PA boy such as myself!

While I would go with Mr. Palmer overall, if I could go with current players it would have to be Ricky Fowler. I think his easy attitude, pleasant personality and overall nice would make it a great day. LPGA? Michelle Wei of course.

    My #1 choice.

Rode with him for a round and the man can flat out putt.... And the rest of his game is on point as well. Was fun to talk pro and other fun topics

Tom Watson for me, I grew up watching him "come of age" while dominating the tour. I was crushed when he was defeated at The Open in 2009, and truth be told, I may have shed a tear or two.

As for those no longer with us, the one and only Payne Stewart. I remember watching him win the 1999 US Open in a bar at the Atlanta airport as I returned from my honeymoon and just a few short months later watching him in person at the 1999 Ryder Cup at The Country Club. Taken from us far too soon!
  21. Arnold Palmer is the obvious choice but a round today would probably be with Dustin Johnson.
