Any one has an idea about how to arrange my clubs in this bag so as to when I put on cart woods at top and putter at bottom I knew this sounds stupid! But look at arrangement of the openings and tell what you think thanks harry

  2. I have wedges along the bottom, then right to left start with the shortest iron, irons again row 3 finishing with a hybrid. Top right to left driver putter wood.
  3. I would think it would be much easier to arrange a 14-way stand bag. I have a 7-way and I am always digging for clubs.

My father has a 14 way bag and goes vertical with Driver on top left, the wood and hybrid underneath. The he puts wedges and the bottom and goes in order left to right with irons. Putter seems to float around but typically on top to show off the head cover. Looks good and if/when he walks the all the head covers don't get in this way.
  5. That's how I set my bags up. I first saw it on Ogio bags, the Woode system...it's a nice tidy set up!

I put my putter on the bottom, center, shorter clubs near it and then the longer clubs moving up the bag. My driver is center top. I feel the divider is longer on top so the longer clubs go there. Do it the same way all the time so I can go right to the club I want. It also helps me to see what is missing right away. Sometimes I get careless and put the club just anywhere. Then I have to keep looking for it and worry I left it on the green!

    Harry,

I have a 14 way light weight cart bag since I use a drive cart all of the time. The "back" of the bag (closest to the strap/carry handle) is higher so that is where I put my driver and hybrids. My putter and wedges go in the "front" lower side of the bag with the irons in the middle. This way I don't have to fight my long clubs to grab one of the shorter ones. As to the order, I would say that it is up to what you're comfortable with. I have my driver in the top left slot with two of my hybrids filling out the top row (I don't have a fairway wood at this time). My two longest irons (6 and 7) are in the second row left to right, followed by an empty space and then my third hybrid. The third row has my 8,9,PW, & GW. The forth row has my second GW, SW, and putter. I'm currently carrying 13 clubs so I have room to put in a fairway or some other wedge at a future date.

I hope this helps. Fairways and greens.

I put the shortest clubs toward me. The Driver, 3 wood, 5 wood and Hybrid toward the back. Then irons numbered in order, shortest up front to back to longer clubs. Easy to find and I know where each club is stored.
