  1. I know this is a long shot but here goes. does anyone know when we will see SC's 2019 line? I have a Black 2012 Notchback. I have decided to retire the old girl (her name is Natashia). I am extremely intrested in the 5W, but I must have my putters (and drivers for that matter) in the color Black. I am aware I can send it to the custom shop to be painted but that's like $300 on top of the $379.00 for the club. thanks

You are at the mercy of Scotty. Probably no black as standard color in the future. Actually none since 2012
  3. Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't Scotty "update" his line of putters yearly ? Meaning if he were to offer a black putter (or offer other minor variations ) he would do so for the start of the golf season and present these variations as his 2019 lineup ?
  4. There was a small release last week, also the bigger changes usually occur around the PGA Show later this month or early next month...
  5. First of all, Black putters are not "painted", it is a finish.

Second, go here : www.scottycameron.com/.../ there is a model line every year.

Third, if you a specific Black Scotty, you may have to go to ebay

I am 1000% with ya, Black Scotty Cameron putters are best! :)
  6. so with the new phantom x's coming out, I assume that the 5w's will go the way of the dodo, so I made the purchase while I still could. I have come to realization I pretty much have no choice to send to scotty to make the putter black. Fine, but how long does this take? My season starts April 1, so is there any chance I will get it back by then if I send to Scotty say by the end of next week ?

I would say that it will be 4-6 weeks for the return but it also depends on what they type of work they have on orders ahead of yours.

I too have a 2012 Notchback and can’t think why you’d want to retire your beloved Natasha! I’m fiercely loyal to my lovely ‘Lisa’ and can’t see her being retired any time soon.
I too love the black finish and it was love a t first sight - performance matches the looks still, so no reason to change...
