My buddy brought it to my attention since i'm struggling a little with my putting so watched a few videos. It was pretty interesting to watch.

Has anyone ever looked into it? If yes, has it worked for you?

Always learning something new.. One more thing to add to my head :) Why I love this game

Very interesting read, by just reading it, I realize that my eyes most of the time follow my putter head back on take away, rather than staying with the ball.
I am going to try that on the short carpet putting sessions and then take it to my next round and see how it works for me.
  6. My wife saw this on Facebook a few years ago. It helped her and I remind myself of the concept when going through issues with putting and ball striking.
When I am "looking up" during putting, I will go to the practice green and hit A LOT of 3-4 foot putts without looking at the hole or even worrying about the line. I just keep my head down and look at the grass trying to hear the ball go in the hole. I look up after a second or two to check the speed and if the ball went past the hole. Hope this helps.

I've started seeing a putting specialist a few months ago and he recently posted a video about this after spending a couple of days at a conference where this was covered. I've tried having a go and it does seem to help with consistency so will be asking him about it more when I see him next.
