Hey Everyone,

What do you think of the new Two-Tone Montauk Hats? I think that they look awesome. I think the Titleist logo and pastel colors look great.

I prefer the Pure Touch by Footjoy with the Titleist Perma Soft as a back-up when the FJ can't be found. Both are great gloves and the perma-soft will "break-in" over time, but it won't stretch out a lot.

What gloves does everyone use? I recently changed to the Titleist Perma Soft Glove, and it feels so good. I will say that I was surprised to see that XL was a little tight, so I had to go with XXL. Not sure if they run small or just take a little to break in. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks

Footjoy StaSof. Iv'e tried several different Footjoy and Titleist gloves, but always go back to the StaSof. For me they seem to last longer and fit better. I wear an XL and have noticed that the Titleist gloves seem to be a bit tighter fit than Footjoy.

So many good brands like Gorilla, Flex-Seal or Scotchgard can make any bag waterproof.. Just test spray an area first.

Althought it doesn't answer the OP's original question, it is related to the Players S5 bag. I'm wanting to buy the Navy/Navy/White (TB26SX8-441) colourway, but it's not available in the UK. I wondered if all colourways eventually get released over here in the UK? Or will I need to just get it shipped from the States and take the hit on postage + VAT + duty...

2026 Players S5 Golf Bag

Hey All -

Just got the new S5 Players bag. It’s such a good bag with great materials, pockets, weight. Even the weird small side pocket has worked for sunscreen. One thing I’m curious if anyone would know is can you convert from the double straps (backpack) to a single strap? Been looking online but can’t find anything.

The Players S5 is available in StaDry over here too.

Add to that a Tour Series Premium StaDry, and a Hybrid 14 StaDry too.

Then into cart bags which has the Cart 14 and the Tour Series Premium Cart.

Many waterproof options this side of the pond for our variable weather. Don’t think I’d buy anything else but a waterproof bag these days. Makes life easier.

Hoping there is a new cart bag coming in 2026 as I’m regret the colour I got mine in a little while ago

This doesn’t answer your question, OP, but I didn’t want to start a new thread when it related to the Players S5 bag.

I’ve emailed the Uk Customer Services but they’ve twice just said I “may see it at one of their authorised retailers”.

My question is: will the Players S5 in Navy/Navy/White (TB26SX8-441) be released in the UK or do I pay to get one shipped from the States? Do all the colours eventually get released over here is essentially what I’m wondering?

Not long after this I received a survey from Titleist on what I would liked/didn't like in a Carbon bag. Here's hoping they will come out with a S4 Carbon before next year. I agree with you Dale that they should use the carbon fiber legs in all the carry bags.

Just seen the Players S4/S5 and S4 Stadry on some IG reels from the pga show.

Any info on release dates? Very interested in the S4 stadry, especially as it looks like the leg issues could be fixed now!

Interestingly no S5 StayDry, or maybe it comes later….but looks like the S4 has grown a little in weight, so maybe that just stays as the one?

In the current lineup of new, available bags. I believe they have a few additional StaDry in the European market, not positive about that.

I’m a big fan of Titleist leather head covers and just saw Justin Thomas has some Master’s themed ones in his bag. Any plans for Titleist to roll out leather head covers more often like you used to?

I don't any of these yet, but I really like to get a set of the the TT head covers for my woods and hybrids (example of one shown above). Failing that, though, I would especially like to have a set of the leather Titleist head covers for my woods and hybrids --- I'm sure they would help me play better!

And they were fairway club covers only. I guess being knit they might stretch over a driver, I did not try.

That one was part of the swag at the TTI or the TTO last year if I remember correctly. Nice to see they have made it to Ebay.....not. But each person will do what they feel is right.
