I just had this issue i received a velcro plate and my bag has the screws. I spoke with customer service and there are (2) types of bags:

LinksLegend Series go to the website: www.titleist.com/linkslegend-series (Velcro)
LinksMaster Series go to the website: www.titleist.com/linksmaster-series (Screws)

Agree...I initially received the screw plate, reordered and finally received the correct plate with velcro. What an awesome bag!!
