  1. Recovering from a broken leg at the moment. My wife moved my clubs in to her car, the clubs were stolen out of the car they were a new set of ap1. Got another two months before I am ready to swing again. It’s difficult because before buying my driver and Woods I want a custom fit but can’t do that until my recovery is well on the way. Very annoying. Some scum bag has my beloved clubs range finder etc gutted

Sorry to hear, I hope whoever uses them slices everything badly and never gets below a double bogey. Nothing worse than a thief.

Sorry to hear about that, keep an eye on local classifieds in case they turn up for sale. I never keep clubs in my car because of this, the only exception is at work if I'm playing after and the only reason I don't bother bringing them inside is our parking lot is secure.

Wow sorry to hear about this....definitely must be a defeated feeling. Honestly someone can steal anything out of my car and I wouldn't care, but my sticks....smh, I can't explain how mad and horrible I'd feel. Really sorry to hear that. Building up a solid bag takes a lot of time and money. I truly hope this has a happy ending in the end.

Like Jeff M said definitely keep an eye out on Craigslist, your local "play it again sports", maybe all golf/sporting good stores that buy used clubs or trades. Also Ebay. If clubs show up on there it also says where there being shipped from, maybe you get lucky and see something shipping from your town/city. If you happen to have aftermarket shafts or anything that can possibly help you say "Hey I know that club/s is mine" like maybe weird nicks or anything or stampings etc. to identify them may help.

I'm don't know how big of town you live in (I live in a very small town, maybe 20k at most) I would go to the very few stores we have and say "The cops know about this burglary and here's what was stolen. If these show clubs show up please notify me or the local police".

Again, really sorry to hear about this and I wish you the best of luck and hopefully your able to recover them. Please keep this thread updated if you hear anything.

A scum bag indeed. You can almost guarantee they were stolen by a non-golfer, so look at all the online sales mediums such as Craigslist, ebay, etc. Hopefully you filed a police report, because if you find them advertised you can do a buy/sting on this lowlife.

Unfortunately, this story keeps repeating. I'm almost afraid to use the clubhouse for a bio break at municipal courses just for that reason. One of my criteria when shopping for cars is being able to transport clubs inside the storage area, and part of why I use the Club Glove bag. I also travel for business and if my clubs come on a trip, I've found the Nissan/Infinity Altima cars can carry the full Club Glove bag inside the trunk, laying east and west. My wife's SUV can carry 2 golf bags east to west and has a pull-over cover. It's a sad state that objects as big as a golf bag with clubs make for theft targets.

Wow. That does not happen very often where I play, and I do play at a local municipal course. Normally the first thing I do when I finish, is put my equipment in my SUV and lock the vehicle. Sorry to hear about your misfortune.
  8. Really sorry to hear this :( just not what you need when your recovering yourself. I really hope they do get found and you get your clubs back in the same condition.

    Hope everything turns out ok
