If you're talking full swing wedges, I'm thinking you're gapping will be just fine between your 52° T350 and a 54° Vokey.
The hollow body vs. a bladed and lack of spin vs. a Vokey, I'm sure your yardage gapping would be fine, even though it's only 2° difference.

For example a Png s159 is a cavity back, not a blade. It's no where near as "hot" as the T350 hollow body. But I hit a S159 and SM10 in testing, and the s159 launched higher, spun 1000 rpm less, and went 8-10 yds further than the SM10. Both were 54°.

What makes the 47* PW a better choice than the 48* SM10? My plan was to keep the 48* and leave the pitching wedge out.

I'll be adding a 6 iron for my now available slot since my longest iron is currently a 7. The new 6 has about the same loft as my old 7. Looking forward to determining comparative distances and seeing if I can finally hit a 6 iron again.

Hmm - that sounds good. I am thinking new vokeys out in Jan and a fitting in the spring . If all works out when the clubs arrive , maybe going to the low end with 62/8 M grind and maybe a 56 degree sand wedge bent 1 degree weak - 52/57/62 - lol - we’ll see

True. I’m assuming new vokeys out in January so will likely wait for an outdoor fitting in the spring - aside from gapping , was fit into MMT AMC blue and really liked the feel - so a lot to consider - and yes , hoping to see those come in soon

I am in 52, 56, 60 from my T350’s and will just deal with the T250* PW gap until the next gen Vokeys come out early next year. Then I plan to go 50, 54, 58.

My order, including a pitching wedge, but not a gap wedge. My current 350s have a 43° pitching wedge and I carry 48°, 52°, and 56° wedges. (Gave up on the lob wedge). It may be that the pitching wedge will replace my 48° wedge, or not. Depends on how each functions with my swing but I currently really like my 48°. Now, if the irons will only get here. Cheers.
