Thanks. Im pretty familiar with the various settings that are offered and how to make the actual adjustment. The issue is that the only setting that will “lock” is A1. VOKEY dedicated rep was on site at RITZ CARLTON today. He looked at it and confirmed its a no charge warranty issue.

As I purchased thIs directly through TITLEIST.COM, was hoping they’d assist, (three days, three messages, no reply).

Ritz Golf shop has now reached out to their Orlando Titleist rep for assistance. Frankly, the direct channel, (new to Titleist), follow up has been disappointing.

The center point is to adjust draw/neutral/fade center of gravity. For adjusting loft and lie, the SureFit Hosel can still be adjusted from A1 stock setting through all 16 combinations to D4. Same as all Titleist woods and hybrids since 910. That screw is in line with the shaft in the head.

The cover marked T-N-H comes up/off after removing the screw, then you move the weight to toe or heel. You can see the diagram near the bottom of the TSi-3 Fairway descriptions.
