  1. I am having issues with gapping at the bottom of my bag. I hit my 48 105-110 and I’m hitting my pitching wedge 127-135. I don’t see much value n hitting my 4 iron 220 and would prefer to hit all my clubs a bit higher and have a little more stopping power. Would it be worth or possible to have them bent to a more traditional loft to get more height and less yardage, or should I just look into swapping clubs to something more traditional. Thanks for your time.

I think you can decrease the loft to 1° with cast clubs like AP1. Forged AP2 are bent up to 2-3°.
  3. I have just purchased some ap1, but am finding i get no hight at all compared to my old irons, is this normal?

The AP1 loft can be easily adjusted 2 degrees weaker- just keep in mind it will add 2 degrees more bounce which should normally be fine.
  5. David you need to remember that you cannot compare new to old just by the number on the bottom of the club! Your new irons will have different loft spec's than your old ones.
  6. Just an update. I was able to go to my local club fitter and he was able to bend them to a more traditional loft and fix my lie angle. I guess I’m a 3 upright and it has made all the difference in the work. I’m pretty steep so the extra bounce hasn’t been an issue and I’m getting the ball flights I was looking for. I did have to sign a waiver because of the amount he was binding because he was worried he might brake them. Love them more than ever. Thanks everyone.

I ordered my AP1’s 2 degrees weak. But they just sent them stock. Made for a huge gap between my PW and 50.

My Titleist Thurday fitters advised be that i do not generate a lot of spin so I had to attempt to hit the ball higher to get it to stop, their soloution......change my ball from Pro V1 to Prov1X.....instant results....just a suggestion you might want to try Nathaniel.
