    Any authorized Titleist retailer or Pro shop should be able to order them for you.

    Pro shops can order individual weights as well as full sets, if your retailer won't.

    I don't see why you should. I think it's a mistake to do so. I was fitted for my woods driver 917D3 and 917 F2. We also optimized the clubs with the surefit systems. I have the 14 grams in fade, I got the best results with this and a D4 setting. I think it's wrong to mess up your fitting by trying other weights and settings. stick to what you are fitted for my opinion.
